详细介绍
Tungsten-rhenium thermocouple is applicable to the temperature measurement of various high-temperature vacuum and heat treatment furnaces, and it is also commonly used for temperature measurement of furnaces/kilns of the industries like metallurgy, chemicals and refractory material. The tungsten-rhenium thermocouple is characterized by high melting point, high thermoelectromotive force, high sensitivity and low price of thermocouple wire.
The tungsten-rhenium thermocouples produced by the Company include 3 types of indexing numbers namely WRe3-WRe25, WRe5-WRe26, and WRe5-WRe20. The insulating materials of tungsten-rhenium thermocouple wire include high-purity aluminium oxide (temperature resistance of 1,800℃), yttria or beryllium oxide (temperature resistance of 2,000-2,100℃), and boron nitride (temperature resistance of 2,300 ℃). As per serviceability temperature from low to high, the exterior protection tube for thermocouple may adopt carborundum tube (lower than 1,600 deg c), molybdenum disilicide tube (corrosion resistant lower than 1600℃), high-pure alumina tube (1800℃ reduction or vacuum atmosphere), molybdenum tube (2000℃ vacuum or reducing atmosphere), tungsten tube (2300 ℃vacuum or reducing atmosphere). The user may select them as per serviceability temperature and the conditions.
